Building Body Habits

I’ve been decompressing from the most intense creative project to date. I returned to my favorite form of rest: exercise!

I talk about habits often. I am a firm believer that habits are expressions of our character, for better or for worse. If I want a stronger character, I build stronger habits.

I know I am off balance when my habits start to slip. I am so happy to use this Lenten season to return to the discipline of body care.

RISE to the challenge! Build better body habits!

Being healthy doesn’t cost money you don’t have. I’m so excited to share some tips I’ve found to stay healthy without breaking the bank.
