This month has been invigorating! I launched a Black History Month social media campaign that features my archival research. It has been popular and led to more followers. Some graphics are reposted by new followers and that’s a great sign.
It means the desire for this kind of content is not dead…in fact, it is very much alive.
So as a enter another grant season, my research codified into a formal paper awaiting publication, and I shift into writer/performer/director/producer, and away from researcher, I find myself with a need to update my websites. More has been produced, the focus has gotten sharper, the brand voice and identity are becoming recognizable, it’s time to grow the team.
My search for a Production Manager/Social Media Asst. has been softly launched, with a full search commencing mid-March.
As I sat with my kids at the library today I realized once again how much I need a right hand these days. Opportunities are coming in hot and I want to make sure I give each the time and space they require.
So, please be patient, my new found friends, as I continue to nurture all these seeds.
